- AS A FACILITATOR, I follow my intuitive guidance and often laugh while I attempt to stand up and rock in a wave-like motion. The waves can be gentle or fast! Sometimes I fall back into a chair behind me.
- People sometimes laugh along with me since laughter is contagious.
- AT THE END OF A SESSION, I share any intuitive information that I received and clients share insights or what they felt or noticed during the session.
